Britton’s Louisiana roots run deep. He grew up in New Orleans, attended Louisiana State University (LSU) where he studied Communication Studies with a concentration in public speaking and rhetoric, and earned his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in 2018. The following year, he was admitted to the Louisiana Bar (2019) and began practicing law.
Professional Experience Before Law
Before stepping into the courtroom, Britton built a diverse career that strengthened his ability to serve clients with empathy and perspective. He worked as an environmental consultant in the aftermath of Hurricanes Katrina and Rita, helping communities rebuild in the face of hardship. Later, he served as an Account Manager for the Capital Area United Way in Baton Rouge, where he worked directly with families and nonprofits to address critical community needs.
These experiences taught Britton that the practice of law is about people, families, and futures. That philosophy guides the way he approaches every client who walks through his door.
